Palate:
Spicy, savory, roasted chiles, roasted peanuts, walnut, chestnut, sandalwood, cloves.
Finish:
Tingly spice, lingering sweetness with a smooth
smoky finish.

Reposado Signature Cocktail
Ingredients:
• dry chipotle pepper
• 3⁄4 oz. raw ginger juice
• 3⁄4 oz. mex. amargo
• 1 egg white
• 1⁄2 oz. lavender syrup
• 2 oz. Benesin Reposado
Combine all ingredients (except chipotle pepper) into a
cocktail shaker.
Shake and strain into cocktail glass pouring over ice.
Crush dry chipotle pepper and stir into cocktail.
Garnish with flower and chocolate.
