Very light, honey, light cola, plantain, anise, vegetative, green olive, sandalwood, smoky.
Palate:
Vanilla, hints of caramel, nougat, tofu, walnuts, apples, papaya, tropical fruits, dried fruits, fig, herbal, anise, thyme, peppercorn, subtle smokiness midpalate.
Finish:
Praline, hot butter, light toasty notes, slightly sweet, peppery, spicy, wood, dry, crisp, clean, lingering.

Blanco Signature Cocktail
Ingredients:
• 3/4 oz. prickly pear juice
• 3⁄4 oz. passion fruit juice
• 3⁄4 oz. lime juice
• 2 oz. Benesin Blanco
• a little stem of ground rosemary
• 2-3 dashes of sweet vermouth
Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker.
Shake and strain into a cocktail glass.
Taste to check sweetness.
Add a splash of brut sparkling wine.
Garnish with rosemary stem.
