Cashew, walnut, peanut butter, pecan pie, fig, dates, caramelized pear, cream soda, butter, nougat, coffee, hot roasted sweet pepper, olives, dried herb, rosemary, licorice, mint, chewy, viscous, smooth, rich, delicious.
Finish:
Nutty, toasted, spicy, moderately sweet, smoky, crisp, smooth, lingering.

Añejo Signature Cocktail
Ingredients:
• 4 drops of lemon extract
• 2 to 3 dashes barrel age sweetener
• 3/4 oz. campari mixer
• 1/2 oz. sweet vermouth
• 1 oz. Benesin Añejo
• fresh Mint
• orange rind
Combine all ingredients (except fresh mint
and orange rind) into a cocktail glass.
Add ice and stir.
Garnish with fresh mint and orange rind.
